RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a full refund or exchange on new, unworn merchandise provided that we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the product.
In order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. We do carefully inspect all items, so please practice good karma and be careful when trying on items (i.e. remove jewellery, do not apply perfume). If the item(s) is not in its original condition (I.e. pet hair, makeup stains, smoke or food odour, visibly worn, washed etc.) you will be responsible for loss in value, and not eligible for either a refund or exchange. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost.
If you wish to initiate a return or an exchange, send email to info@mucamaca.com with your order number found on your invoice, your full name and a reason why you want to either return or exchange the item as soon as you can. We value all customer feedback.
We’ll respond to your request within 48 hours on business days and forward instructions on how to return the goods. Once we authorize the return or exchange, we require customers to postmark the shipment within 1 week. Returns shipped more than 30 days after receiving return instructions will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipment and covering the cost of shipping returns back to us. You can use the shipping provider of your choice.
Once we receive your return back, we’ll refund it to your original payment method excluding ship fees, which are non-refundable. We regret the inconvenience this may cause, however, if a return and a full refund are required, this can only be done to the original purchaser’s payment method on file with us. Returns are processed within 7-14 business days of receipt being issued by Robert Petrač s.p.. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired item in stock. Otherwise, we will help you find another item you may love.
PLEASE NOTE! Our returning policy does not apply to custom-made orders.
